As Lifestream Retreats moves into its 7th year of operation, I decided to start off 2009 with an awaited Lifestream Blog, letting you all know what we are up to!
This year is looking to be a very excitable one! A range of retreats have been organised, including the very popular Cranhouse, and we have also decided to cater especially for you "first timers" this year too.

Martin and Silva are doing something very special with Lifestream Retreats. They are building very strong communities, promoting spiritual growth, making yoga and meditation extremely accessible, serving great vegetarian food and helping to bring out the very best of our human qualities. Time with spent in their company was a truly memorable experience.
